going through the family court

We are a group of parents that have had experiences of social services, CAFCASS and family courts involved in our lives and our childrens lives.

We started this website after running a successful group on facebook, but we have found that due to facebook privacy issues we can never be sure whether information is being shared or not. We have decided to expand onto a webpage to hopefully help as may parents as we can that have found themselves in the unfortunate position of having social services in their lives with threats of court intervention often due to no real issues that would ordinarally lead to this action. We are aware that due to the current Governments austerity policies that also affects parents obtaining legal aid, many families are being forced to have to reprisent themselves and go to meetings alone.

We have all experienced these things ourselves. Many have come out the other side after appeal or discharging care orders that were wrongfully placed upon families unecassarally. We are here to help and advise how to deal with situations when you are feeling out of your depth and feel that you have nobody to turn to. SCROLL DOWN FOR OUR CHATROOM
